Embroidery for the new nuno felted scarves.
Hoping to list a handful soon in the shop.
Finishing up a knitting project for a friend.
Some fingerless mittens (thanks Jane for the pattern).
This is actually a pair, made with Noro yarn.
They are 2 different color patterns from one skein, but they go together.
I LOOOVE Noro yarns!
What have you been up to?
p.s. Don't forget to check out the Giveaway over at Dinosaur Toes!

Wow-I LOVE your fingerless mitts-the yarn is so pretty!Glad you like the pattern, I gave it to a woman and saw her on the ferry yesterday and she said "but where are the fingers?"-she had made one and thought there was a mistake-she was hoping that there were individual fingers half way up the mitt with the tips of the fingers open.I don't think I could handle that, would probably need to knit on 3 or 4 needles and that would be too difficult for me but if you ever find an easy pattern with fingers half way up the hand-let me know.Jane in Maine
ReplyDeletei will keep my eye out, I think those would be a pain in the ass, but they are cool. I am so happy with this pattern, the little bit of a thumb is great! And I was so proud of myself for reading the pattern and doing it right, ha ha ha! I am hooked now!
ReplyDeleteMeant to tell you, look at "nothing but string" on etsy for some beautiful fingerless mitts.Jane in Maine
