Better Late Than Never...

There are a handful of shirts making their way into the shop.
Some new, some organic cotton, some not new, but somehow never made it from the booth to online...
And there are still a few new things waiting to be photographed.

Happy October!

On sunny days like this....

I just have to take a moment to go lay in the grass and feel the sun on my face while the dogs run and play.

<<<<<>>>>>

Things have been a bit wonky lately.
A crazy lunar eclipse and full moon madness and now Mercury is in retrograde.
This means that it was a bad idea for me to make an appointment to bring my car to the shop for them to fix a few things (that has turned into a week of me not having my car).
I have succumbed to the fact that I just shouldn't plan anything and let go of expecting to fully accomplish things. I have a "to-do" list that feels about a mile long, with very few things crossed off
.
I still haven't finished going through and editing the gazillion photos from California.
I need to actually MAKE the applesauce (instead of just sifting thought the apples sitting in boxed on the kitchen floor turning into worm food). And on that note I still need to make pickles...
Oh, and I missed the goldenrod (although, I still have my heart set on finding a small secret patch that is blooming just right to make herbal immune honey with).

With that said, it has been beautiful out. We have gotten some much needed rain, but lately the weather has been perfect! I have been working with a friend in her garden and helping her catch up with herbal products. I have been feeling some severe wanderlust, but haven't gone far (sad!). There are a few things I have gotten done, though and am slowly chipping away at the list:
I have started Fire Cider,
teasel root tincture,
Kloss' liniment (pictured above)
and tulsi-rose honey.
I made a big batch of elderberry syrup (woo!). The whole house lives on this stuff.
And I have a new design- that needs photographing and listing, ha!- and have a few new things I am working on debuting in the shop.

How have you been, lovelies?

Found + Sketching

There are days when I can't really find words.
As much as I may say, it is all about what I see.

Spending lovely days out of doors,
eating raspberries (the fruit of the goddess),
and perfecting a few new designs.

Equinox

It is fall!
Happy Equinox!!!
That means new designs, new styles and new colors!
Enjoy balmy days in a new organic cotton lunar tee.
Or snuggle away the cool nights in a slouchy sweatshirt featuring a mason jar full of freshly harvested garlic!
And lastly, you can always have that perfect fall layer with the fern heart loose long sleeve.
All the most comfortable pieces, I swear!
(I am living in these right now!!!)

Headed for the shop in the next few days.

We have been back from California going on 2 weeks now.
I am dreaming of the West Coast, Redwood forests and the moody Pacific nightly.
I think I may be in love...
With that said, I still haven't finished sorting through and editing the 1300+ photos I took while there and have since felt a bit overwhelmed about what to even share.
I also must admit that I am feeling a bit underwhelmed about being back.
I live in am absolutely gorgeous area, but am feeling a bit of wanderlust and like I didn't get enough of the magic while I was on the other coast, leaving something to be desired now that I am back.
Slowly, though, I am finding those moments.
The shimmers of light caught out of my peripheral.
The golden and fiery fields.
The moments that grab at my heart strings.
I like those moments.
I feel like my heart expands.
I can feel the energy swirling and swelling, like now I use it to breathe in place of my lungs.
Do you know that feeling?

{WILD}HARVEST

Out with the sun and the wind,
the sound of waves lapping the shore and branches full of birdsong.

Bees humming and dancing
I am immersed in a field of joe pye weed and purple loosestrife.

Open sky, open field, open ocean and a slow pace.
A day of bliss, indeed.
