Part of the Daily Routine

I love morning walks.

Especially when I have my Vedalou running ahead of me.

We stopped for a spell to stand still and listen to the gutteral groaning of the ice shifting.
What a deep and eerie sound!

Then we stopped by the little brook that ran into the big body of water.
It was happily flowing,
rushing past rocks and sticks and ice.
I love the bubbles both in the ice and trying to push up from the water underneath!

Nature is the most amazing creator.
These ice sculptures are fantastic!
