I had a visit the other day with a friend, Crystal (in the white top), who came home from NJ for a bit.
We met for coffee/tea and then headed to the common for some hooping with a couple of her friends.
It was such a beautiful, warm day.
I always miss Crystal and am happy when she visits.
And I had been missing hooping.
Also, I finally figured out a move that I had been trying to get for years thanks to a new friend!
So excited!!!

aww looks like so much fun! i go through this on and off hooping phase and never actually stuck to it long enough. i told my husband last weekend that 'i think it's time' ....probably since it's the start of spring and we've been getting beautiful weather here in New Jersey. can i ask, what weight hoop do you use? and also, what diameter? thanks so much! would love to see a video of you hooping on here!
